EtonHouse International School Suzhou is a small school with a big heart. With class sizes between 10-20 students, only one class per age group and a student to teacher ratio of 6:1, at EtonHouse your child will be much more than a number. Every student can make a difference, no matter how gifted or otherwise.
We are part of the world-renowned EtonHouse International Education Group with more than 120 schools throughout Asia.
We are a well-established IB World Continuum School for students from 5-18 years old. Our PYP was accredited in 2008, MYP in 2011 and DP in 2016. Our Early Years Programme is based on the Regio Emilia approach and blends seamlessly with our Primary Years Programme.
We are an inclusive school that welcomes students of all abilities. We believe that every student can succeed; any student who wishes to pursue the IB Diploma Programme is allowed and encouraged to.
Our student population is highly multicultural. Despite being a small school, we have students from 28 nationalities, and no nationality represents more than 22% of our community.
Despite our small scale, we have all the facilities you would expect from a much larger school, with a heated swimming pool, all-weather sports field, gymnasium, well-stocked library, and assembly hall/theatre. The thoughtfully considered and aesthetically designed campus is set among the hills and trees of SSTT west of downtown Suzhou, a learning environment which provides students with many opportunities for exploration, and provocations that support the rich inquiry-based learning programmes offered at the campus.
