Global Indian International School (GIIS), operated by the Global Schools Foundation, is a frontrunner in international school education from Nursery to Grade 12, in Asia. The foundation manages a blossoming network of 64 campuses across 11 countries with a vision of becoming the global role model for teaching and learning through its award-winning holistic framework of 9 GEMS.
GIIS has two campuses in Singapore - East Coast Campus and SMART Campus, Punggol, catering to students from ages 2.5 (Nursery) to 18 (Grade 12).
Our flagship campus, GIIS SMART Campus with a capacity of 3.5 K students is a school of the future. The campus offers an innovative learning environment for students with digital classrooms, video conferencing, collaborative learning spaces, data analytics in sports and more than 40 skill-based studios. This learning environment helps to foster creativity in students and allows them to discover and develop their talents.
The school offers complete international curricula - IB Primary Years Programme (IB PYP), Cambridge Lower Secondary Programme, IGCSE and IB Diploma Programme (IB DP). Students begin their educational journey with a strong foundational framework like IB PYP, that sparks curiosity and makes them inquiry-driven. In secondary school from Grades 6 to 10, the Cambridge curriculum offers them analytical skills and a stronghold over diverse subjects, thus preparing them for the challenges of IBDP in Grades 11 and 12.
The IBDP at GIIS is a much sought after course with high achieving students, trained and qualified teachers and modern facilities. In the last 16 years, over 100 of GIIS' IBDP graduates have become World Toppers (with 45/45 points) or near-perfect scorers (with 44/45 points) in the IBDP exams, which is the culmination of the IB Diploma programme.
Close to 250 students graduate every year from the school. The school's unique performance-measuring metrics, called 7S, tracks and monitors each student's academic and all-round progress thus enabling teachers to roll-out a systematic improvement plan.
