King's College Alicante is a premium, private British school offering first-class education to children from age 2 to 18 years old. Our aim is to educate the whole child and support them in exceeding their potential on academic, physical, and interpersonal levels. King's College has been rated as one of the best schools in Spain by Forbes and is one of the leading schools in Spain for over 50 years.

The school follows the British National Curriculum until Year 11 and is proud to offer the IB Diploma Programme in Years 12 and 13. Our dedicated and passionate staff help shape our children and encourage them to become dynamic, tenacious and resilient individuals, ready to take on new challenges at university or the world of work. Education at KCA opens many doors for our students and ensures they are well prepared to successfully apply to the best universities around the globe after graduating from us.

Post-16 education at King's College Alicante is centred around preparation for the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme which is seen as the gold standard in pre-university certification. KCA offers the broadest IBDP curriculum in the local area and also provides the opportunity to be awarded the bilingual diploma at the end of Year 13.

We are the first British school in Spain certified as a Google Reference School, awarded for our excellent digital learning programme, dedicated to maximising your child's potential in every area and harnessing technology to improve all aspects of teaching and learning. We were recently re-awarded the SENDIA award as recognition of our outstanding inclusive educational programme and are proud to have been rated as "outstanding in all areas" during our previous four BSO inspections, the most recent being in October 2023.

We are truly a unique and outstanding institution that offers a rich curriculum and a broad all-round education. When you visit you will be impressed by our warm and purposeful atmosphere, underpinned by the dedication and talent of the staff and the enthusiasm of the students. As well as our focus on the academic achievement of each pupil, we are committed to enhancing their love of learning and enjoyment of the whole school experience. Staff give freely of their time, and we offer a comprehensive programme of sport, music and drama, as well as numerous co-curricular opportunities, trips and visits. Above all, and just as much as any parent, we want our children to thrive and be happy throughout their time with us.

Our motto "Always aspire to be the best you can be" resonates across our campus and drives high expectations and standards from everyone in our British international community.
