SEK International School Riyadh opened its doors in September 2021, marking the establishment of the second prestigious SEK Education Group international school in the Middle East. Drawing from SEK Group's remarkable 130-year legacy in international education across five countries, SEK-Riyadh builds on the experience and excellence that has distinguished our innovative group of schools.

SEK Education Group has consistently delivered outstanding international education to local and international communities in Spain, France, Ireland, and Qatar, and continues this tradition of excellence in Saudi Arabia.

Our growing campus currently welcomes students from Nursery (age 2) to Grade 9 (ages 14-15), with plans to expand through Grade 12 in the upcoming years. We take pride in our truly international community, hosting students from over 60 nationalities and a diverse teaching staff representing more than 22 countries, creating a rich multicultural learning environment.

At SEK, we are dedicated to preparing students to direct their futures and become lifelong learners. This commitment is exemplified through our authorisation for both the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP) and Middle Years Programme (MYP), while we actively pursue authorisation for the Diploma Programme (DP). Building on SEK's 40 years of experience in delivering IB programmes, we maintain an outstanding record in IB Diploma results and university entrance success.

Furthermore, SEK-Riyadh has successfully embarked on the ACE Accreditation pathway with the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC), ensuring adherence to demanding international education standards.
