Taunton School students receive offers to prestigious UK and International universities

The students have received offers to study at some of the finest universities in the UK, including Imperial College London and the Universities of Exeter, Cardiff, Reading and Newcastle, to study a range of courses including Architecture, Law, Mechanical Engineering, Ocean Exploration and Surveying and Global Sport Management, amongst others.
Internationally, one student has received an offer to study at one of the most prestigious music schools in the world. Eighteen-year-old Harry Leung from Hong Kong has received a place at Berklee School of Music in Boston, Massachusetts, one of the most prestigious music schools in the world.
Approximately 96% of all Sixth Form leavers from Taunton School usually take up university or college places, with 49% attending Russell Group Universities. Over 50% of international students from Taunton School continue their studies in the UK, and British and international students from the school regularly receive places to study in the US. The school has a dedicated Careers Department that supports students with university applications, gap years and career advice.
