Students at Taunton School are celebrating after they received their International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) results on Saturday 6th July 2024.

Twenty-six students from leading independent school Taunton School in Somerset have achieved strong results in the International Baccalaureate.

Twenty-two students from leading independent school Taunton School in Somerset have achieved outstanding results in the first post-Covid year of International Baccalaureate assessments. The school is celebrating a 100% pass rate with an average of 34 points, exceeding the world average by almost two full points.

Work begins next week on a new state-of-the-art sixth-form centre and library for the school which celebrates its 175th anniversary this year, followed by proposals for enhanced sports facilities and a brand new international school.

Students at Taunton School in Somerset have received a number of outstanding early offers to universities in the UK and the US.

Successful applicants will enjoy up to 40 per cent reduction in tuition fees. The deadline is November 5, 2021. Pupils from any school may apply.
